Omega 3s and Omega 6s
Omega 3s are known as the health fatty acid. It helps keep cell membranes flexible so they can absorb nutrients and excrete toxins better. Omega 6s are known to be the unhealthy fatty acid. They make cell membranes harder, making it more difficult to absorb nutrients and excrete toxins. Therefore, make sure you have plenty of Omega 3s in your diet and minimize Omega 6s. This may help in the detoxification of your body.
