Dennis’ High Blood Pressure Supplement Routine

Caution, my blood pressure problem can be quite severe without treatment.  Contact a Naturopath Doctor to customize a routine that fits your needs.   You can probably be weaned off of your prescription medications.   In the beginning, Magnesium was sufficient to lower my BP when I was younger.

 

Morning Supplements:

NEO40 – Nitric Oxide Lozenge

Magnesium Glycinate – 400 mg

Ashwagandha – 2100 mg (also included my immune system routine)

Skullcap – 800 mg

Kava Kava – 1000 mg

Gaba Gaba – 850 mg

Lemon Balm Extract – 500 mg (calm mind and mood)

 

Evening Supplements:
